The Kennedys is open to talents eligible to work in the EU and specifically the Netherlands.

We’ve created an application form with open questions that will show us what you’re made of.
If we’re diggin’ your ideas we’ll contact you by mid-March for a follow up.
Then, if we like what we see, we’ll ask you to pack your bags and fly out to Amsterdam. Don’t worry, we’ll cover your travel costs and pay you a salary.

We will store your data securely and only share it with authorized staff involved in the selection process. Your data will be retained for 6 months after the program concludes, unless you are selected as a participant, in which case we will retain your data for the duration of your employment at W+K Amsterdam.

It starts on 1 May for 6 months
The Kennedys group sizes range between 6-10 people – this depends on the talent pool of the year.
To be eligible for the program, you must have either an EU passport or an EU residence permit that allows you to work in the Netherlands.
As the Kennedy’s program is a fully-paid traineeship, not an internship, we are unable to sponsor visa applications.
Kennedys get an entry-level salary in line with the Dutch minimum wage and all the benefits and perks of a W+K employee. Details salary and benefits will be discussed in depth with shortlisted candidates.

Everyone living/working in the Netherlands, needs to be enrolled in a Dutch health scheme. At W+K we offer you to join our group health insurance with Nationale Nederlanden. The monthly premiums are partly (44%) covered by us. The amount you contribute to your pension depends on your age and will be calculated based on your individual circumstances. W+K partly (50%) covers your pension contributions. Both your health insurance and pension contributions are deducted directly from your salary each month.
