Operation Tropical

How do you celebrate 20 years of the Maestro Alvaro Sotomayor working in the pirate ship known as W+K Amsterdam? Code name the project “Operation Tropical”, run two other mis-direction events prior to the main one and then invite all his friends and family from around the world to come and help celebrate. We were actually able to keep it a surprise and it was awesome. The Kennedys made a book. Alvaro got a medal. The whole office got a party. And it’s still the only job he’s ever had after college.
